Campaigns and writing

Named campaigns, two to three posts a week.

I write and design more than 100 social posts a year for a 40-year Canadian IT firm, published across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Each post makes one point, fast. Click any card to see it where it was published.

Problems I solve

Big output from a small team.

The situation most growing B2B firms are in, and how I handle it.

The problemThe company needs a steady content presence, but marketing is one person. What I do

A written house style, AI-assisted drafting on approved facts and one approval path, delivering 100+ posts a year.

The problemTechnical services are hard to explain to busy buyers. What I do

Posts built on one recognisable moment and one clear question, so a business owner gets the point in seconds.

The problemEvents and partners need materials fast, and on brand. What I do

End-to-end production of event and co-marketing materials, from copy and design to print and landing pages.

Event campaign · Sept 2026

MISA BC 2026, Kelowna.

MISA BC is the province's municipal IT conference. For our booth with an OT security partner, I produced every marketing piece: a co-branded two-pager taken through eight revisions to print, the booth banner and table throw, a sunset cruise invitation, a HubSpot lead capture page and the social campaign below.

The brief
Stand out to municipal IT leaders at the province's main conference, alongside a new OT security partner.
My role
Every piece of marketing, from copy and design to print production with vendors and the HubSpot lead page.
Delivered
A co-branded two-pager, booth banner and table throw, a sunset cruise event invitation and a daily social campaign.
Always-on social

A few of my favourites.

Every post opens with a hook a busy owner will recognise, then turns it into a reason to talk. Written with the social media system I built, and approved before it runs.

Sample sales battlecard for a fictional IT company

Sales battlecard

Pitch, comparison, objection handling and discovery questions on one page. This is a sample for a fictional company, written to show the format without sharing internal sales material.

Brand, web and ads

The rest of the job.

Brand refresh

Designed the new logo iterations and colour system, replacing a logo in use for about 35 years, with the Director of Sales and Marketing.

Website rebuild

Rebuilt the company website from the ground up, with new content, visuals and a company-wide people section.

Google Ads

Brought ad creative and copy in-house from the agency, and have written and designed it since.

Events

Sole creator of event marketing: print-ready banners, brochures and handouts, plus video and social.
